Welcome to the incredible story of Ali, who started out as a hairdresser at 17 and ended up owning a successful shop selling herbal products. This video takes you through his journey of finding joy in helping people and making them smile.
Ali's adventure into the world of herbs and oils began when he worked at a famous roastery. There, he fell in love with these natural wonders. He learned a lot by trying things out and talking to people, always looking for real, good-quality products from Jordan. This search led him to Green Fields Oils, where he discovered genuine, effective products.
Inspired by these products, in 2018, Ali opened his own shop. His business isn't just about selling stuff; it's about sharing his passion for natural, helpful products with others. Today, his shop is a big hit, showing how much you can do when you follow your heart.

Our interviews have to have drama. With Ali Al-Naqeeb.. one the biggest traders of Honey in Jordan.
Our interviews usually need something extra, so we add drama. We talked with Ali Al-Naqeeb. His family are one the biggest traders of Spanish Honey in Jordan.
They opened a health product shop called 'Ali Al-Naqeeb Healthy Products' in Abu Naseer a year ago.
The shop focuses on healthy living, starting with honey from Spain.

No, no, it's not just like the tahini you find in the market. We're from Green Fields Factory, and surely you've heard that everything we do is different. And if you ask, 'What's so different about tahini?' I'd say confidently that the tahini we offer can't even be compared to what's available in the market, not even half as good as Green Fields Factory tahini.
First off, its taste is much richer, it has a kind of salty flavor even though we don't add salt to it! And besides, it has a rich, creamy sesame flavor... I'm not exaggerating, but even with exaggeration, it's really addictive. It goes well with dates, bananas, kofta, meat, and sometimes I even mix it with cocoa and milk (don't knock it till you try it!). It's a must-have for a bit of change in your meals.
Today at the office, the kids always want rice, so we made shredded chicken and tahini sauce. Here's the recipe from Mom...(and by the way, anyone can make it, it's very, very simple.)
A Journey of Passion, People, and the Power of Nature
Every morning when I wake up, there's this sense of belonging I feel with working here. Almost as though it is a part of me, it gives me purpose. Sure, it demands my energy and attention.. and at times, it's downright exhausting. But let me tell you, the real drain, the real emptinesscomes when I pause, when I stop pouring my heart into it. That's when I feel truly lost.
The joy and passion I take from working, from building something meaningful, it's purposeful. It's the fuel that keeps my fire burning, especially during those long, challenging days. And do you know what really ignites that fire? It's the people... the incredible, diverse, and vibrant individuals who are both the foundation and the driving force behind our success.
Interacting with customers, hearing their stories, and understanding how our products have genuinely impacted their lives.. that's the real reward. It's about creating connections, fostering relationships,
My Name is (Barbara Amina) Al-Ramadna. I studied electrical engineering, and worked as Maintenance Contract Manager in a computer company for over ten years. An unexpected incident bought me to get into the domain of oils from seeds and herbs. I had read and heard a lot about the miraculous benefits of “Black Seed oil”, so I decided to go to a herbal shop to get it. There were so many types and colors, and I did not know which was the real oil. Through research, I learned about the true color and taste of the “Black Seed oil”. I had gained enough experience dealing with people and the Jordanian Market from my job in the computer industry that I decided start this business and make this oil on my own.
So I started my own business based on something I believe in and enjoy. In which got established in 2004. From my own savings, started with one small machine in my parents home. From which got expanded to opening one shop, and after a while.. a bigger step.. and one employee.
