Farmer 1: Osama Bosheh – Olive & Jojoba

I started growing jojoba in Jordan on my own farm, believing it was a promising crop suited to our climate – especially with water scarcity. The plant doesn’t need much water or intensive care, yet it offers a good economic return. Green Fields Oils encouraged me to expand, because they believe in local, organic farming. Now they take my jojoba seeds, cold‑press them, and sell the oil around the world

Osama Bosheh has been cultivating olives and jojoba for years. His jojoba seeds are pressed into our pure, cold‑pressed jojoba oil – prized for its moisturizing properties. By working with Osama, we help sustain Jordanian agriculture and bring high‑quality ingredients to the global market.

Farmer 2: Ahmad Abdin – AMAN Grow (Aquaponic Herbs)

AMAN Grow is where innovation meets sustainability. Ahmad Abdin founded the company to address challenges faced by rural communities: malnutrition, chemically‑laden food, limited access to healthy produce, and water scarcity.

AMAN Grow builds modular food production systems (MFPS) that integrate fish farming with crop farming – an aquaponic cycle that uses 90% less water than traditional agriculture. The result: fresh, chemical‑free, high‑nutrition produce grown sustainably.

**Our collaboration:** AMAN Grow supplies us with fresh herbs grown in their aquaponic system – including the mint and basil that we use for our steam‑distilled essential oils. This partnership allows us to offer truly innovative, sustainable products like our aquaponic lemongrass oil.

From the hills of Jerash, Um Mohammed gathers wild‑harvested **Pistacia Atlantica** seeds, along with a variety of traditional herbs. Her family has tended these trees for generations.

We buy directly from Um Mohammed and her community, ensuring that traditional harvesting methods are preserved and that families earn a fair income.

The rare **Pistacia Atlantica oil** – with its unique, earthy aroma – is one of our most special products, and it exists because of her dedication.
