Arab StarPack 2022: The Beginning
In 2022, we submitted the Re‑Stand design to the Arab StarPack Professional Competition, one of the largest packaging awards in the Arab world, organized in collaboration with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and LibanPack.
The competition evaluates entries based on innovation, sustainability, and design excellence. We were thrilled to learn that our design had won.
The award ceremony took place in Egypt in 2023, where we received our first regional recognition for sustainable packaging innovation.
World Star Packaging Award 2023: Going Global
Following our regional win, we were entered into the World Star Packaging Awards, organized by the World Packaging Organisation (WPO).
The judging process was rigorous. An online panel of 45 internationally respected judges, representing 44 WPO member countries from around the world, evaluated 488 entries from across the globe.
We received the following message from the organizers:
"The name of the winning participant is: Green Fields Oils for the category of food."
Green Fields Oils had won a World Star Packaging Award – a global recognition that placed us alongside some of the world's most innovative packaging designers.
Arab StarPack 2025: A Second Win
In 2025, we did it again.
We submitted a new iteration of our sustainable packaging design, building on the principles that made the Re‑Stand a success. The result? Another Arab StarPack Award – this time in 2025.
