Majestic Beard Oil — Jojoba, Castor & Sweet Almond
Majestic Beard Oil
Five oils: jojoba, castor, sweet almond, rosemary and frankincense. Blended and filled in our own facility in Amman.
We make everything in it
Most beard oils are made by buying carrier oils from suppliers, adding a fragrance blend, and bottling. We press the jojoba, castor and sweet almond ourselves, and steam-distil the rosemary and frankincense in our own stills.
There is no fragrance oil in this product. What you smell is the two distilled oils.
Why these oils
Jojoba is a liquid wax rather than an oil, with a structure close to what skin produces naturally. It absorbs readily and keeps the blend from sitting heavily on the beard. It also keeps far longer than most plant oils.
Castor is thick and rich in ricinoleic acid. It gives the oil its body and the natural lustre that makes a beard look groomed rather than merely oiled. Used alone it would be too heavy — here it’s balanced.
Sweet almond is the middle weight that makes the blend spreadable. It’s the oil barbers have used for generations, for the same reason.
Rosemary and frankincense, steam-distilled here, give the scent and are present at cosmetic-safe concentrations.
The skin underneath matters more than the hair
Most beard complaints — itching, flaking, coarse texture — come from the skin beneath rather than the hair itself. Beard hair is coarse, it draws moisture from the skin, and the skin underneath rarely gets attention.
So work the oil into the skin, not just along the length. That’s where it does most of its work.
How to use it
Three to five drops for a short beard, more for a longer one. Warm between the palms, then work from the skin outward through to the ends. Comb through afterwards if you use one.
Best applied after showering, while the beard is still slightly damp. Once daily is enough for most people.
What’s not in it
No water, no silicones, no synthetic fragrance, no colourants, no fillers. Five oils, all of them ours.
Registration and production
Registered as a cosmetic product in Jordan and the United Arab Emirates. Produced in an ISO 22000 certified facility and tested by independent third parties. Halal certified.
