How It Is Different

Green Fields Cold Pressed Rucola Oil stands out for its connection to Eruca sativa, a plant known for its distinctive identity in regional botanical traditions. Carefully cold pressed, this oil reflects a natural approach to production while preserving the character of the seed source. Its unique botanical origin makes it a distinctive addition to cold pressed oil collections for customers looking for something less common and clearly plant-identified.

Rucola, also known as Eruca sativa, has been known for centuries as a distinctive leafy plant in Mediterranean and regional food traditions. Over time, its seeds also became appreciated as a source of oil with a unique identity and character.

Cold pressed rucola oil reflects this botanical heritage by offering an oil connected to a well-known plant source and a traditional appreciation for natural seed oils.
